Just because cold and flu season is winding down doesn’t mean you should stop washing your hands!

There are a ton of chemicals we come into contact with throughout the day in places you’d least expect it (like laptops). One simple tip to reduce your exposure to chemicals: wash your hands more! We recommend washing your hands before eating or snacking, after your commute to work/home, and after you go to the gym. Although shouldn’t you be doing this anyway? ⁣
