Who else gets a craving for chai when it’s waaay too late for caffeine ?

Our caffeine-free chai recipe replaces black tea for rooibos so you can even drink this tea right before bed! The delicious spices will have you craving a second cup! ☕️

Instructions (recipe is for two cups):
-Add all spices to saucepan and smash spices with the back of wooden spoon
-Add 2 cups water and simmer for 5-10 mins
-Add rooibos tea and steep for 3-4 mins
-Add 2 cups milk of choice and heat
-Optional to sweeten with a little honey or maple syrup
-Strain and drink!

PS: if you want caffeine you can sub black tea for rooibos!
