It’s tempting to recycle receipts but we’re here to say don’t do it!!
Receipts are made from thermal paper, which is full of BPA . If receipt paper is recycled, that BPA could end up in other products you use, like toilet paper or a coffee cup . We definitely don’t want hidden BPA exposure! We recommend just throwing old receipts away- and washing your hands after you do it!
