Ways to Give

Your gift supports CEH’s bold work to fight against the companies that knowingly expose individuals, children, and entire communities to life-threatening toxic chemicals.

The Center for Environmental Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the Federal Tax ID# 94-3251981. Donations to CEH are tax-deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law.

CEH offers a variety of ways to support our work:

Donate Appreciated Stock

Donating securities such as stocks or mutual funds is often a good option for donors seeking to support our mission while saving on income and capital gains taxes. If you donate stock that has increased in value since you bought it more than a year ago, you can take a charitable deduction for the stock’s fair market value on the day you sell it. Donating stock, as opposed to selling stock and donating the proceeds, also exempts you from capital-gains taxes on the increase in value over time.

Please consult your financial advisor for more information. You can make a gift by following these transfer instructions.

Matching Gifts

Many companies will match employees’ donations dollar for dollar. Contact your Human Resources department to see if your employer will match your gift. CEH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the Federal Tax ID# 94-3251981.

Corporate Engagement

CEH welcomes gifts from corporations who share our commitment to protecting public health and the health of the environment.

Corporations may also make gifts or grants to CEH for our general programmatic work.

Donor-Advised Funds

CEH accepts gifts from donor-advised funds. Please feel free to use DAF Direct or contact us at donors[at]ceh.org.
