Working out and eating right definitely help you maintain a healthy weight, but they might not be the only pieces to the puzzle.
Researchers have found that different substances, that they like to call obesogens, can also play a role in your body’s ability to maintain a healthy weight. These obesogens can affect things like if and when your body feels full or processes sugar. Some easy changes to help you limit your contact with obesogens are to:
1. Choose fish and meat that are low in fat
2. Switch to non plastic food storage containers when you can
3. Always wash your hands before you eat
