Coronavirus & Our Health- A Letter from Our CEO

We have never experienced a week like last week.

My wife and I have been juggling working from home, living our lives through Zoom calls, and homeschooling our two children. We are all adjusting to new schedules and tight quarters—while balancing our anxiety of what’s to come in future weeks.

However, through all of this challenge, I have been reminded of the core values of Center for Environmental Health (CEH) and have reconnected to my inspiration for founding our organization:

To safeguard the health of my family—and your family.

We are thinking of our families more than ever. This morning, I was watching my daughter smile as she solved a math problem (that honestly had me stumped too!) and I imagine that you all are working to keep your loved ones safe—not just in the short-term, but in the long-term too.

That is what CEH is here for. To protect your health and your family’s health in the long-term.

During this COVID-19 crisis, we will be releasing a series of blogs on topics that are important to us in this moment, such as how to safely disinfect your house, even if the stores are sold out.

Even though our physical offices are closed and all our staff members are working remotely, our work does not stop. Once we overcome this health crisis and we step out into the world together, there will still be toxic threats putting our health at risk—and CEH continues fighting those threats. How can I stop fighting for the health of my family? They are right here next to me at the kitchen table while I write this ????.

Let’s continue to protect the health of our community, together.

Donate today to ensure that our work continues to protect the long-term health of our communities—so that we emerge from this crisis, stronger and healthier.

Warmly,

Michael Green
