After decades of exposure to contaminated water by the company Chemours and years of fighting for justice, our North Carolina coalition finally had their day in court. The Coalition, made up of four community and environmental justice organizations, is petitioning for the EPA to hold Chemours accountable by having therm pay for for the necessary health studies that will show what affects PFAS has had on those living in the region and consuming the contaminated water.
