Two environmental groups plan to sue the EPA for failing to set air standards for lead emissions from small airplanes in California’s wine country.

The Center for Biological Diversity and Center for Environmental Health sent a letterto Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Andrew Wheeler on April 30 saying they plan to sue over “permitting deficiences.”
