Who knew kids had so many opinions about when they can eat a banana? Instead of making that mac and cheese from a blue box for the 200th meal in a row, we have some tips on how to get kids to eat healthier without the struggle.
1. Sometimes simpler is better! A single flavor palette is often more appealing to kids- especially when paired with food they’ve already tried
2. Incorporate veggies in subtle ways- kids may not even notice the thinly chopped or grated veggies in a pasta sauce…
3. Cooking color veggies might help kids have more an interest in eating them. Especially if they help prep!
