CEH Condemns White Supremacy
The latest terrorist attack in Buffalo, NY is part of a larger surge in violence against Black Americans encouraged by racist political ideologies that are rooted in a culture of white supremacy. We at CEH unequivocally condemn white supremacy culture and commit to dismantling this culture in our organization, in the communities we serve, and throughout the United States. We as an organization, and as individuals committed to working towards environmental justice, will not be silent in the face of radicalized violence and hate. Justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (“JEDI”) are fundamental values in our organization and are central to our work as a whole.
