


Lawsuit Charges Violations of EPA Reporting Regulations by Importers of Toxic Chemicals
Today, national organization the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) filed suit against AOC, LLC for failing to report imports of toxic chemicals to the Environmental Protection Agency, a violation of the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act or TSCA.

CEH Achieves Landmark Legal Agreement with 30 Companies to Remove Toxic BPA From Socks
Today, CEH celebrates a historic, legally binding agreement with 30 companies, including Hanes and Asics, who will reformulate and eliminate the chemical from their socks.
